Wim van Limpt wins Contact Manager Award 2015

The association CCMA rewarded Wim van Limpt, manager Member Service Department with Buma/Stemra, with the Dutch Custom Contact Manager Award 2015 for best Customer Contact Manager of the Netherlands. Van Limpt received the Award from Simone van den Berge, board member of the CCMA during the CCMA’s MatchQ CC Manager Award 2015 in the auditorium of Aviodome in Lelystad.

‘Wim is very entrepreneurial and motivates others to get the best out of themselves. A problem solver, driven by astonishment’, say the members of the jury. ‘In his opinion the staff make a difference and they are the true capital of the company. And that is the message that Wim has for the industry. With a score of more than 90% on employee satisfaction it became clear to the jury that a lot of attention is indeed paid to employees at Buma/Stemra’. The CCMA is the professional association in the Netherlands for everyone working in the customer contact industry.

Over 50 Contact Center Managers were nominated for the MatchQ Customer Contact Manager Award. A price that Customer Contact Managers challenges in terms of inspiring leadership, excellent customer relations and passionate drive for innovation. From all the entries the ten most promising finalists are selected. In recent weeks they have had the opportunity to pitch to a jury during a site visit.

The election of CC Manager of the year follows the earlier award of the ECCS certification for the Members Service Department of Buma/Stemra. Last year Buma/Stemra was the first society rewarded with the ECCS certification; the European quality standard for customer contact departments.
