The website of an external person and or party to offer this content again is called a targetsite (for instance radioportals).

The standard fee for the embedding and publishing webcasts on targetsites amounts 10% of the net generated income of this website. The minimum tarif is as described in the schedule below.

For targetsites with over 550 webcasts the rate is available upon request. For private websites with embedded webcast channel there's a fee of 312 euro's, regardless of whether this channel is one´s own production or an embedded channel from an external party.

When a website contains two or more webcasts we consider this to be a professional website and the standard fee starting at 585 euro's applies (see schedule below). These arrangements take retroactive effect starting from the 1st of january 2009.
